This guide provides important information on visiting hours, guidelines, and facilities to help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all.
Visitor Guidelines
- Visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
- For recovery rooms, special visiting arrangements may apply. Please check with our medical staff for further details.
- Keep visits short and meaningful to avoid tiring the patient.
- Limit the number of visitors in the room at any one time.
- Children under 12 are not allowed in the ward.
- Only one person is allowed to stay overnight with patients in single rooms (Executive / Deluxe / VIP).
- Silence your mobile devices and speak softly while on the premises.
- Wash or sanitise your hands before and after visiting to help maintain a safe environment.
- Refrain from visiting if you are feeling unwell.
Parking & Accessibility
- Visitor parking is available within the hospital compound.
- Wheelchair assistance is available at the Ground Floor Lobby.
- The designated discharge pick-up location is at Level B1.
Food & Amenities
- Our hospital is within walking distance to many eateries with good coffees and fusion western food, as well as a grocery supermarket (QRA).
Gifts & Personal Items
- If you wish to bring flowers or small gifts, please check with the ward staff first, as some items may not be suitable in certain care areas.
